Jennifer Ragusa, PNP
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Jennifer Ragusa is a credentialed pediatric nurse practitioner, who has returned to her hometown after a decade of adventuring in California. Her best California adventure was meeting and marrying her Texan husband, Dustin, and starting their family with their daughter (born Aug 2020) and son (born Sept 2022).
She is so excited to be a provider with Fiat. While her training is in western medicine, her holistic, integrative motherhood journey makes Fiat a terrific fit for her. After spending 10 years caring for children in the Pediatric ICU, she pursued primary care to help educate, serve and build lifelong medical relationships with families. Before returning to graduate school for her NP degree, she worked as the nursing director of a camp for children with special medical needs, ask her about it sometime! She practiced in a large pediatric primary care office in San Diego for the last 5 years and is so grateful that her path has led her to Fiat.
She would be honored to walk alongside your family to give research-based care, alternative ideas, and natural approaches to common illnesses. Most importantly she is here to laugh with you in the joy and console you in the challenges. Through her own interest, she has learned about fertility awareness-based methods (FABM) and hopes every mom and daughter learns about their bodies.
Outside of work, Jenn and her family enjoy hiking, gardening, having barbecues, and playing outdoor games.
