No. Fiat is a cash-based practice, and none of our services are billed to or covered by insurance. Direct primary care paired with a major medical insurance plan gives many families better overall coverage.

Yes. Starting in 2026, you can use HSA funds to pay direct primary care membership fees of up to $150 a month for an individual or $300 for a family, and still keep contributing to your HSA. Our memberships are priced within those limits, and we also accept HSA payments for women's health services. Please confirm your eligibility with your HSA administrator.

Direct Primary Care members get same-day or next-day appointments and can text or email their provider directly, including after hours.

No. Counseling, spiritual direction, and women's and men's health assessments are available without a Direct Primary Care membership. Members receive lower pricing on women's health services.

Yes. Our family membership covers two adults and two kids, with additional children at $25 per month, and our team includes pediatric-focused nurse practitioners. Counseling is available for ages 6 and up.
