Questions about membership
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Your membership covers primary care. We recommend pairing it with a health plan, often a high-deductible plan, for emergencies, hospital stays, specialists, and imaging.
Do you see kids?
Yes. Our family membership covers two adults and two kids for $200 a month, plus $25 for each additional child, up to $300 a month. Our team includes pediatric-focused nurse practitioners.
Can I use my HSA?
Yes. Starting in 2026, HSA funds can pay direct primary care fees of up to $150 a month for an individual or $300 for a family, and our memberships are priced within those limits.
How fast can I be seen?
Members get same-day or next-day appointments and can text or email their provider directly, including after hours.
What isn't included?
Your membership covers primary care. Care like specialists, imaging, hospital stays, and outside labs is billed separately, and members get discounted prices on outside labs.
Do members get discounts on other Fiat services?
Yes. Members pay $399 instead of $599 for the Women's Health Assessment and $60 instead of $120 a month for the Women's Health Membership.
