Spiritual direction is guidance from a trained spiritual director to help you grow in your relationship with God, by reflecting together on your life, prayer, and faith.
Who it's for
Everyone can benefit. Spiritual direction offers an open, honest space to share your joys, sorrows, worries, and pains, so you can better notice and receive the Lord's grace.
Spiritual directors can be priests, deacons, professed religious, or lay people who have been trained for this ministry.
We do not take insurance. Spiritual direction is a cash-based service and is not billed to insurance.
