Caroline Hartley, FNP
Co-Founder & Executive Director · Pediatric primary care
Caroline co-founded Fiat Integrative Health in 2022 and serves as Executive Director. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a special focus on pediatric care.
She practices holistic care and loves to support and partner with parents as they navigate caring for the health and wellness of their families, building comprehensive plans around each family's needs.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Caroline worked for three years at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She lives on a one-acre homestead in Nashville with her husband and seven children, and values community, good food, and quality conversation.
