Ed Glynn, MD, MBA, FAAFP
Medical Director · Primary care & men's health
Dr. Glynn is Fiat's Medical Director and a board-certified family physician. He provides integrative, relationship-centered care for patients seeking deeper answers, not just faster visits, with a focus on chronic disease management, mind-body medicine, and personalized health grounded in human connection.
His career includes frontline primary care, hospital medicine, and palliative care in North Carolina and Virginia, where he served as Chief of Family Medicine and launched Halifax Medical Center's first palliative care program. He later led clinical technology across more than 3,000 ambulatory sites as a Chief Medical Information Officer, and most recently served as Chief Clinical Officer at RhythmX AI.
He enjoys camping with his five adult children and his terrier, Bosco, and makes music with his wife through the Christian Medical and Dental Society.
