Amanda Frederick, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health
Amanda Frederick is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Fiat Integrative Health, with a practice focused on women’s health (NaPro Technology), breast-feeding medicine, and functional medicine. Amanda especially values empowering women to understand their bodies and optimize their health at every stage of life. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she is grateful to live in and serve the medical needs of middle Tennessee.
Amanda completed her undergraduate education in nursing at the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2007. She spent seven years as a registered nurse working in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. Amanda served in several hospitals across St. Louis and in London, England.
Amanda then graduated from St. Louis University in 2014 with a Master of Science in Nursing and duly earned credentials as a family nurse practitioner. She then served as a primary care provider at a prominent holistic medical practice in the St. Louis metropolitan area for nearly a decade where she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Fertility Care Nurse Practitioner (CFCNP) practicing NaPro Technology.
Amanda lives in Williamson County, Tennessee with her husband David and their four children. Amanda enjoys reading, exploring Tennessee with her children, and any quiet time she can spend with her husband.
